Where can I send my order?
Your comfort is our priority. You can choose which address you want us to send your order to. Whether it is to your home, office or post office box, you just have to indicate it correctly when making your purchase. If you need to change the address after placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Where can I see my purchase receipt?
In your customer account: If you created an account in the store, you will be able to access your order history and download your receipts from there. Look for a section called “My Orders,” “Purchase History,” or similar.
What do I do if I can't find what I'm looking for?
Contact the store’s customer service directly. They will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information on the availability of the product you are looking for.
