If a dispute arises after the effective date of the purchase contract, the buyer may file a complaint through the Secure Trade Service Transaction (The System) and the Seller may file a complaint through the Fulfillment Center.

  1. The complaining party is called the “Complainant” and the other party is called the “Respondent.”
  2. The claimant must indicate the reasons and foundations for the dispute and provide sufficient supporting documents within the period indicated in the system.
  3. The plaintiff and defendant will first negotiate to resolve the dispute. If the parties reach an agreement during the dispute resolution process, Gaiamed.com will terminate the dispute resolution process.
  4. The claim period for complaint handling will comply with the relevant provisions of Gaiamed.com’s transaction dispute resolution rules.
  5. After Gaiamed.com receives the dispute resolution request, it will notify the respondent of the complaint by email, telephone or other methods it deems appropriate.
    Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must mail it to: 78-207 Shange Garden, High tech zone, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
